Blaze's new class

So last night I was up till like 3 in the morning. I couldn't sleep so I started to look online at different things Blaze and I could do on my days off. Most of the time we just hangout at home, But i got to thinking Blaze needs a play group that he can go to even when the weather is not nice.

 So I found a Gymboree Play and Music and signed him up. Mind you I have to drive a good hour and ten minutes to get to the place...DOWN FALL TO LIVING IN THE MIDDLE OF NO WHERE!! So our first class started today.

I went in to Gymboree with Blaze not know what to expect. I had been to Gymboree before when I use to be a Nanny.... I was worried about him getting along with the other kids, was he going to be shy?? Was he going to behave or throw one of his one year old fits??

And well lets just say he was good old Blaze!! He went right in a checked out everything. There were Balls, slides, play mats, tubes to crawl in...the whole nine yards!!! He couldn't believe his eye. His smile made my heart melt. He was so happy and couldn't wait to see what all he could play with. He spent a lot of time playing with all the different ball. He even shot a few hoops and he was mighty proud of himself.

He climbed, jumped and even  played with some new friends...that was until someone wanted "his" ball. He was not happy and was not willing to share "that ball", So instead he went and found the little boy a different ball....PROBLEM SOLVED!! First day and problem solving...smart or what?? Then the music came on and Blaze stole the show. He dropped the ball and started showing off his dance moves. All the moms LOVED it.  
He also was so excited to get a "Gymbo" stamp at the end of class...he ended up with stamps on his hands, feet, and belly!! He couldn't get enough. He enjoyed today so much and I'm glad we got signed up and will be going every Tuesday to play. Here are a few pictures of his first day of play class.

Today made me realize that MY BABY isn't really a BABY anymore......

Beautiful Day in Washington

 The past 6 months We have had rain almost everyday and some days even snow....But the other day was by far the most beautiful day since moving here. The sun was out and it was what i like to call "Perfect" weather. So I opened all the window and gave my house a cleaning. Why is it that I love to clean when the weather is nice?

Blaze on the other hand went outside and enjoyed every moment of it. He just loves being outside and was crying when I told him its time to come in.  He came in a ate his lunch as fast as he could and then he wanted to go back outside. So we took him back out to enjoy the nice weather. Blaze would live outside if we would let him!

 He rode his bike, rode with his cousins in the jeep and did a whole lot of jumping on the trampoline. He was so interested in the helmets all the kids had on too! He wanted to wear their helmets..It was pretty cute. So the next few days i was on a mission to find him a helmet, so he could be like all the rest of the kids...and hey its never to early to teach them about safety. Being a working MOM!

 Going back to work has been real hard on me. Leaving my baby every morning isn't easy ( at first he would cry when he saw me get my shoes on) Making me want to cry. Now that I have been working for almost 6 months it has gotten better for Blaze. He is such a big boy now that I tell him I am off to work and he comes

up and gives me a big hug and a kiss (that is if he is having a good day). I think about him all day long...wondering what I am miss out on while I am working. So on my days off I spend time playing with him and taking lots of pictures so that i don't miss out on all the fun times he has as a toddler. 

Here are some fun things I would like to share about blaze:

*He is very sweet

*His feeling get hurt when you say "No" or "We don't do that"

* His talks his own language all day long

*  He loves to eat fruit

* If he could be outside all day long he would love it

*Trucks are favorite toys

*He loves to climb on his train table.

* He enjoys sitting in boxes/bins

* He loves playing with his cousins ( Tyler & Kai)

*He enjoys "riding" his bike

* He is full of laughter

* He loves his BINKY and stuffed Elephant is his best friend

* HE IS ALL BOY!!!!

Blaze enjoys Eating! IF HE COULD EAT FRUIT ALL DAY HE WOULD BE ONE HAPPY LITTLE MAN.  I found a few pictures that we have taken of him during different meals. He is always so happy when it comes time to eat.

Trip to California

This past March Blaze and I took a trip to Cali for "Omi's" (my grandma) 70th birthday.

We Started off the trip seeing "Opi" (Karen). We spent a few days with her and enjoyed seeing her house (blazes first home) Blaze thought he was in heaven with all the "NEW" toys...Little did he know that they were all of his "OLD" toys that we haven't yet brought to Washington.

After a Few days we were off the visit with  Auntie Annie and his cousins. We even got to see my brother Sergio who moved to Chicago almost 2 years ago. Sergio and Blaze had never met so that was real fun. I also wanted to say thank you Sergio for all the clothes and other things you got Blaze, that was so sweet of you. Our trip was in full swing and where we spent time playing, laughing and even went to the park and had a wonderful time..

Then It was time for Mommy to go have some fun! I don't get that often. I left Blaze with Auntie Annie and
I headed down the Cambria to meet up with my grandma and all the girls to enjoy an all girls family trip. The weekend went by all to fast but it was great to see everyone!

It was a bitter sweet feeling to get to go home and see Cody and leave Blaze with Karen to go to Utah, where Cody would be flying to in a few days to meet up with Blaze. It is always a nice feeling to see family and remember how blessed we truly are. I just wanted to take the time to thank everyone that made this trip so fun for us and we cant wait to see everyone again!

Starting to use our Blog!!

So I have decided to start up our blog about our life with our sweet little man. Since moving to Washington it has been hard for family to see pictures and read about all of blazes adventures. I thought it would be easier on me to write everything down in the blog rather than email everyone picture and tell them how Blazes is doing. So here is my best go at trying to keep this blog updated while working....So Keep an eye out for new post as I will try to update it as much as I can.
